About Lisa Sevajian

Top Listing Agent & REALTOR® Serving Andover, North Andover, Haverhill, Amesbury, Newburyport, Northern Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire & the Seacoast

I’m not a salesperson. I’m a people person — someone who finds smart, steady solutions when life says it’s time to move.

Because the conversations that change people’s lives don’t happen in boardrooms — they happen at kitchen tables, in living rooms, and during the quiet moments when families decide what comes next.

That’s where I’ve built my entire career.

Listening first.
Creating a clear plan.
Then protecting my clients like they’re my own family.

How I Work With Clients

When you hire me, you work directly with me.

I don’t pass clients off or treat this like a volume business.

I take the time to understand your goals, your timing, and what matters most — then I build a strategy around you, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Calm and steady by your side.
Sharp and strategic when it’s time to negotiate.

My clients often say I make the process feel easier than they expected.

That’s always the goal.

Experience That Protects Your Equity

  • 1,400+ homes personally managed and sold

  • Thousands of families served

  • #1 local team for the #1 brokerage in the country (2020–2025)

  • Top 1.5% of agents nationwide

  • Speaker on major real estate stages

  • Featured in Forbes, USA Today, HGTV, The Boston Globe & News Center 5

After this many transactions, very little surprises me — and that steadiness protects my clients and their money.

I’m especially known for helping sellers make smart decisions about pricing, preparation, and which updates are truly worth doing — so they don’t waste time or cash.

Because small mistakes can cost tens of thousands of dollars.

Strategy matters.

Where It All Started

Long before the recognition, I was a single mom starting from scratch.

No shortcuts. No safety net. Just grit.

Within my first year, I became the #1 agent in my office and earned Rookie of the Year.

Not because I was flashy — but because I worked hard, listened closely, and focused on practical solutions that actually helped people.

That foundation still guides everything I do today.

Life Outside Real Estate

I’m a mom, gardener, and dog lover who believes home should feel safe and steady.

You’ll usually find me walking my dogs at sunrise, tending my garden, cooking with my kids, or showing up for the people around me.

Helping families move from one chapter to the next isn’t just business for me — it’s personal.

Community Matters

I proudly support The Trevor Project, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Lazarus House, My Neighbor’s Table, Girl Scouts of America, MSPCA, and Northeast Animal Shelter.

Because strong communities create strong homes.

Let’s Keep It Simple

If you’re looking for an experienced, honest, and steady real estate advisor who will protect your best interests and guide you clearly through the process — I’d love to help.

Real estate doesn’t have to feel overwhelming.

With the right person beside you, it can feel simple.

John Burns Agent | License ID: 9507996
For as long as he can remember John has been obsessed with all thing’s real estate and construction. In his younger years he picked up every free real estate magazine and home plan book he could get his hands on, watched the local Sunday real estate home shows on TV and made his parents drive through every new home development they came across. Even today, his wife will tell you “If you can’t get his attention, it’s because he is zoned in on a real estate website or a show on HGTV.” John is driven by his people-first philosophy, he wants to know your goals, your aspirations, how you live your life. He loves to help both buyers and sellers through all facets of their real estate journey. Whether it’s your first home, your dream home or anything in between, John will be there with you every step of the way. But in the end, real estate is only transactional, the relationship lasts forever. As a member of the Lisa Sevajian Group at Compass John specializes in areas north of Boston, specifically the Merrimack Valley and parts of the North Shore. John is originally from Lynnfield but has made his home in the Merrimack Valley for the past 18 years. Steve Wallace Agent

I grew up in Amesbury and still call it home, where I live with my wife and our 3 year old son. I came into real estate with a genuine love for homes, architecture, and people, and it quickly became clear this was the perfect match.

If there’s one thing real estate always offers, it’s options. A big part of my role is helping clearly understand my clients current situation and then laying out every possible path forward. Whether we’re addressing a short term need, planning a move up purchase, or building a long term investment strategy, I believe the best decisions come from having the full picture and a thoughtful plan.

Coming into real estate as an artist has shaped everything about the way I work. It’s trained me to look beyond the obvious, uncover potential others might miss, and approach each situation creatively rather than relying on a one size fits all playbook. I place a strong emphasis on building relationships, listening closely, understanding motivations, and earning trust. That's where the best outcomes begin. By combining creativity with deep market knowledge, I’m able to think strategically about timing, positioning, and negotiation, often finding opportunities outside the norm.

Having lived in several different cities, I know firsthand how important it is to find not just a house, but the right place to call home. I enjoy helping clients gain clarity around what matters most for their lifestyle, both now and in the years ahead. I’m highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, and I work hard to remove as much stress as possible from what can otherwise feel like an overwhelming process.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me exploring all around the North Shore or bopping around Amesbury and Newburyport with my wife and son. If you ever see us out and about, don’t hesitate to say hello!
